SubBioDB – Subterranean Biodiversity Database
SubBioDB - Subterranean Biodiversity Database contains all the information on species, localities, references, vouchers and molecular sequences in one place. Target group are subterranean organisms, but the database includes also surface taxa which are part of the SubBioLab's research. The main target area is Western Balkans, but the database contains also records for the wider geographic areas (also whole Palaearctic).
Subterranean Biodiversity Database contains all the information on locations, distributions, species determinations, vouchers and molecular sequences in one place. Primarily, it is targeted to Western Balkan’s Dinaric Karst, but some, widely distributed groups, are represented on thea continental scale.
SubBio Database is not publicly available. It was made and is maintained by members of SubBio Lab. Contact us!
